Aqua TURBO Electromagnetic Water descaler comes with Five (5) years warranty. The product must be free from damage, defects in material and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

If the malfunction or failure is a result of defects covered by this warranty, We will repair the product or replace it and return it to the client / purchaser.

Warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and is no transferable.

We warrant this product and all parts only to the original end user purchaser and the device has to be free from defects or we undertake to repair the water system free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage to water descaler caused by accident, abuse, misuses, power surge, wilful damage, claims arising from loss, fire or heat calamities, mishandling, flooding or any catastrophic acts of God.

This warranty does not extend to any other electrical or water going to our  device. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for damages from improper user installation, nor shall they be liable for already damages incurred (any unauthorized repair carried out), whether direct or indirect.

Warranty won’t cover If not purchased from company’s authorized Chanel Partner.

During the Warranty period any repair or replacement if required within the service coverage area will be free of cost, but outside service coverage area or outstation areas, the client will have to bear the travel, food n accommodation cost and the system repair will be done FOC.

Any alternation or modification to the device and or its serial number. The decision of the damage and applicability of repairs or replacement under this warranty, company’s decision shall be final. Any claims / legal claim / damage, caused due to the device is maximum subject to the device cost.
